With a long history, Youth Leadership Bartholomew County has worked with many youth and their parents.  Here are what some past participants have to say about their experience.

The interview prepared me for the scholarship interview I had last month that could possibly provide me with full tuition. The Leadership conference was very motivational and educational. It also allows students to improve their leadership skills and recognize their strengths and it is nice to be rewarded for hard work. “The YLBC is a wonderful program! When the process begins at the end of the kids’ junior years- a lot of them are not in the “getting stuff done for college” mode yet- applications, essays, scholarships- etc. This program gives the first glimpse at preparing resumes, writing essays, and being interviewed.
