Congratulations!  We are excited to offer you the opportunity to participate in the class of 2023 Youth Leadership Bartholomew County (YLBC) program.  You have qualified to participate in this leadership program based on your academic achievements. YLBC, which began in the 1970’s, is a program that allows you to showcase yourself and your high school journey in the areas of leadership, community involvement, and academic achievement.  

In addition to competing for over $9000.00 in scholarship awards, every participant will have the opportunity to practice and receive professional feedback on essay writing, resume development and a professional interview. You will also take part in an outstanding Leadership Day program in September. Whether your post high school plans include entering the workforce or going to college, we hope you will follow in the footsteps of the thousands of past Bartholomew County students who participated in this program.
